What we collect

When you apply or nominate someone, we collect what you type into the form: names, email addresses, discipline, title and organization, a profile link, and your answers. We also record basic technical details with each submission, such as the time, your browser type, and the country it came from.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to review applications and nominations, to contact applicants and nominees about membership, and to keep the society safe from spam. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Submissions are read by the More Life membership committee. They are stored privately with our hosting provider and are not visible to other members or the public.

Nominations

If someone nominates you, we may contact you once to invite you to apply. If you'd rather not hear from us, tell us and we'll delete the nomination.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything you've submitted by writing to hello@morelifemember.com. We keep applications only as long as we need them to make and record membership decisions.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date above.
